Problem with ifort 11.1 (059)

When compiled with ifort 11.1 (059), ShengBTE does not read the "elements" tag correctly from the CONTROL file. This causes the program to fail when autoisotopes=.TRUE.

Users are advised to update to a more recent version of the compiler. 11.1 (080) is known to work.
